DB provides the following information: We had already informed the Supervisory Board in September and the Steering Committee in October that there are still schedule risks for the commissioning concept for the Stuttgart Digital Node (DKS) pilot project and Stuttgart 21. These have arisen in particular in the area of development and approval at our contractor and in the release of plans.

In the interests of maximum transparency, we provide information immediately if new developments arise. The deadline risks have increased to a previously unforeseeable extent and are now being assessed with the Supervisory Board.
