Working Student Exhibition and Management Operations (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Supervision of the visitors' counter and the exhibition
  • Inform visitors about the content of the project
  • Keep visitor statistics
  • Preparation and follow-up of our management operation
  • Secretarial tasks
  • Preparation of the conference room
  • Errands
  • Assistance with major events, such as open construction site days

Your profile

  • Enrolled:r student:in a German college/university
  • You can work as a student trainee for at least 1 year
  • Communicative and visitor-oriented
  • Team player
  • Independent work
  • Fluency in German
  • Willing to work even on weekends
  • Well groomed appearance

Visitor guide for construction site tours in the Stuttgart 21 project wanted! (m/f/d)

We are looking for committed and reliable visitor guides for our construction site tours. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our visitors safely and informatively through the various construction sites and explaining the benefits of the rail project to them.

Like our audience, the team of visitor guides is made up of a wide variety of professions.

They are all united by a passionate thirst for knowledge, the joy of explaining things, the ability to put themselves in complex situations, the art of making them understandable in simple words and their enthusiasm for Stuttgart 21.

 

Your tasks

  • Guided tour for visitors through the Stuttgart 21 construction sites and explanation of the current work.
  • Explanation of the special significance of the Stuttgart 21 project.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.

Your profile

  • Experience in dealing with guests and leading groups.
  • Good knowledge of construction and architecture as well as knowledge of the Stuttgart 21 project.
  • High sense of responsibility and confident demeanor.
  • Good written and spoken German (knowledge of English desirable).

We offer

  • The working hours and assignments can be arranged individually. The tours take place from Monday to Sunday, mainly in the late afternoon. At weekends also in the mornings.

Working student for marketing and events with focus on social media (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Support and further development of the existing social media presences
    (content creation, community management)
  • Creative implementation of posts on Facebook and Instagram
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Preparation and implementation of events
  • Support, maintenance and further development of the website
  • Support the team with daily tasks
  • If possible, independent projects (from conception to implementation)

Your profile

  • Student: in business administration/marketing, communication science, media economics, communication or comparable courses of study, at least third semester
  • Independent working style and proactive approach
  • Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and communicative character
  • Good MS Office skills
  • First knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
