Meeting Point Future - Discover one of Europe's most spectacular construction projects in the InfoTurmStuttgart

Much more than just a train station: Our exhibition in the InfoTurmStuttgart - "ITS" for short - makes the Stuttgart-Ulm rail project with its four stations and around 120 kilometers of track, as well as the associated future issues, tangible and experienceable. What opportunities does the project open up for the city, the region, the state and for Germany as a whole? In the new exhibition, all project partners jointly provide information on topics such as:

  • FASCINATING CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
  • CHANGING MOBILITY AND URBANITY
  • MODERN URBAN DEVELOPMENT
  • STUTTGART AS A PILOT NODE
  • HISTORY AND CURRENT DEVELOPMENT

Quick guide: What awaits me on which floor?

First floor: The project at a glance

On this level you get the first contact to the railroad project Stuttgart-Ulm. The latest news from the media and from the construction site - a quick introduction to the project.

Level 1: The station and Stuttgart Rosenstein

The future train station comes to life with augmented reality (AR). Experience how trains pull in and how you can move around the new station in the future. What does Digital Rail Germany mean and why is Stuttgart a pilot node? What does the new Stuttgart Rosenstein district look like and why is one connected to the other?

Level 2: Active through the station and the region

Actively through the station and the region. What advantages will the rail project bring for the S-Bahn? Navigate your way through the future station and its surroundings today. You can use a joystick to move through the room-filling projection "The Cave" in real size and thus explore the future station.

Level 3: Meetings in a unique location

Conferences in a unique location: just 30 meters above the bottom of the excavation pit, you have the opportunity to advance your projects in the modern conference room.

Level 4: outlook, farsightedness and transparency

Simply let your eyes wander over Stuttgart, the station and the construction site. The roof terrace not only offers a good view of the construction activities at the through station. The future station comes alive for you on its 420 meters. One look through the tablet is enough to experience the future live.
