An exciting and sunny event has come to an end. On June 16 and 17, 2018, citizens had the opportunity to take a look behind the construction fence at the open construction site days in Mühlhausen im Täle.

This time, the Stuttgart-Ulm Rail Project Association opened the construction fences in the heart of the Filstal and engineers and employees informed visitors about the construction of the Filstal Bridge, the Boßler Tunnel and the Steinbühl Tunnel. Over 10,000 visitors flocked to the construction site on these two days and took a look behind the construction fence.

The event was accompanied by music and the clubs from Wiesensteig provided the visitors with delicacies such as grilled sausages and homemade cakes. The little ones were also allowed to play master builder again and move several cubic meters of sand on children's excavators.
