ITS Midsummer Tours

You want to experience the midsummer night in Swedish ambience in the middle of one of the most spectacular construction projects in Europe?

Then you have June 24 2021 from 6 pm the opportunity to enjoy the midsummer night with us in a very special way at our midsummer night tour!

After a Welcome drink in the foyer of the InfoTurmStuttgart take you the Curator of the ITS and the Visitor service manager with you on a two hour tour through the exhibition and to the construction site of the new Stuttgart Central Station. Afterwards, we will end the evening in a Swedish atmosphere on the roof terrace with typical Swedish food, games and music until the blue hour. Enjoy the view over the illuminated construction site, the castle garden and the skyline of Stuttgart.

Period: 24.06.2021 | 6 pm to 10:30 pm

Location: ITS - InfoTurmStuttgart, at platform 16 of Stuttgart main station, 70173 Stuttgart. We recommend that you travel by public transport. (There are no parking possibilities directly at the ITS).

Admission price: 40 € - including welcome drink, two-hour guided tour of the construction site into the heart of the New Platform Hall, ending on the roof terrace of ITS with a salmon potato and a glass of schnapps.

Ticket sales: Ticket purchase only possible online. If tickets are still available on the day of the event, they can be purchased up to 1 hour after the start of the event. Simply scan the QR code at the entrance with your smartphone and buy the ticket via Eventbrite.

The ticket will be sent to you by mail after the purchase. Please note that there are no t-online addresses increasingly occurs that the tickets do not reach the buyers. If this is the case, please contact us via events@its-projekt.de and we will send you the ticket again separately!

Special: Wearing a floral wreath you will receive a 5€ consumption voucher.

Dress code: To ensure an authentic atmosphere, we would be pleased to welcome you in the dress code "Dress in White".

Seating and standing: The available seating is in our conference room and on our roof terrace. Please note that seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis and therefore we cannot guarantee seats on the roof terrace. Should the weather prevent the use of the roof terrace, we will provide alternative seating on the 2nd level of our exhibition. As a general rule, there is a maximum of 10 people from 3 households per table. Recovered and vaccinated persons will not be counted. Couples who do not live together will count as one household.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the start of the event. Please note that the refund will only include the ticket price minus Eventbrite fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee). Should the event be cancelled or postponed, the full purchase price will of course be refunded.

Access restrictions

  • Admission from 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Persons under the age of 14 cannot take part in the guided tour of the construction site due to the site regulations.
  • Bringing pets is not allowed.
  • Admission only with medical mask and daily updated Corona rapid test with negative result and official identification document (ID card, driver's license, etc.). Up-to-the-minute rapid test means that the test was taken no more than 24 hours ago when the offer was taken up. Those who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2nd vaccination at least 14 days ago) and those who have recovered (proof of a positive PCR test at least 28 days, max. 6 months ago) as well as those who have been vaccinated once (at least 14 days ago) will be admitted without a negative Corona rapid test if they provide the appropriate proof.
